The server is declining to support the request on the grounds that the request target is longer than the server is eager to decipher. 

This uncommon condition is just liable to happen when a customer has inappropriately changed over a POST request to a GET demand with long inquiry data, when the customer has plummeted into a “dark gap” of redirection (e.g., a diverted URI prefix that focuses to an addition of itself) or when the server is enduring an onslaught by a customer endeavoring to misuse potential security openings.
